Taking care of your Childs teeth

Posted by Christopher Reeks · Leave a Comment

One of the most important things that a child will have is their teeth and it is important for you to make sure that you take care of these as best you can. Of course, when you first have a baby, you will be feeding them only milk, but soon, the baby will start eating full meals and then even sugary snacks. There is nothing that we can do in this day and age about sugary snacks as most children will start to eat them on their own when they are at school. However, there are a few things that you can do as a parent to minimise the impact of these.

Being as your children will find their own sugary snacks anyway, it would be best if you actually incorporate them into the childs mealtimes.

There’s not a lot of science proving the link between weather and increased pain symptoms but some research demonstrates that increased barometric pressure during stormy weather, plus decreased temperatures during cold months equals more complaints of achy muscles, knees, fingers and other joints. How Many Superfoods Are In YOUR Smoothie?

Posted by Christopher Reeks · Leave a Comment

I’ve been feeling so much healthier since I got back onto the superfoods again. Every day I now make myself a superfood packed smoothie. It helps that I own a health store in South America because we have a bunch of powerful superfoods available here.

I even had a comment from the staff at a cafe that I ate lunch at he said “wow that was quick” .. and it was then that I realized that I was running on overdrive.

My smoothie that day was a little over the top.
